Refund/Return Policy

You hereby ratify your understanding that all services provided are non-refundable (except for the points mentioned further) and waive any rights to charge-back your purchase with your credit card processor. Client and Company are in agreement that circumstances or conditions sometimes arise that warrant or necessitate termination of the Client-Company working relationship.

In view of this possibility, both Client and Company agree that should the relationship terminate, it will be done so in an amicable fashion, maintaining an attitude of cooperation and professional demeanor, with respect for the reputation and dignity of the other party.

Cancellations of our service that do not fall under the exceptions mentioned further in this document will not be refunded.
No cancellations will be accepted if the service is already being provided within the parameters predetermined in the services contract. There is no refund for merely changing your mind. This is not negotiable.

Should you be dissatisfied with the quality of the service, we would be happy to hear your feedback and offer compensation if we deem it adequate. This does not, in any way, mean that expressing dissatisfaction entitles you to a refund.

EXCEPTIONS
Refunds will be issued when the following exceptions occur:

• Delivery of the contracted service takes 60 days more than the estimated time of delivery stipulated in the contract.
• If the client is responsible for that delay (e.g. we asked for crucial information and it was not delivered on time), we add X amount of days to the 60 day period. X equals the number of extra days required for the client to provide the necessary information.
• If you are dissatisfied with our service and our representative thinks the dissatisfaction is justifiable and entitles a refund. The final decision of whether or not there will be a refund is completely up to our representative.
• If you have decided to pay for the service in installments and choose to cancel the service, the installments you already paid will not be refunded.
